FROST manual overhead conveyors are specially designed to meet your needs on small powder and/or liquid paint lines.As the little brother of the FROST monorail conveyor, they incorporate standard elements in terms of trolleys, rail, load capacity (3", 4", and 6"), and long-term reliability.
They are particularly suitable for loads ranging from a few kilograms to 2 tonnes, with very low rolling coefficients that facilitate manual movement of the loads.
Often used on paint lines with shuttles and parallel tracks, they adapt to all situations thanks to the use of alignment systems developed by our engineers.
Beyond 2 tonnes, manual tracks can be motorized along with the shuttle, benefiting from more advanced automation for automated operation.
The range of FROST CM conveyors:
- CM3 for loads up to 400 kg per trolley
- CM4 for loads up to 1000 kg per trolley
