Double-Rail 4" or 6" Conveyors for Long Loads

FROST France has extensive experience in handling heavy and/or long loads. Some loads, reaching up to 20 meters and several tons, cannot be handled in conventional conditions. The space required for the rotation of such a long load is significant.Therefore, we have developed specific handling techniques for long loads.

Lateral transfers using a single chain allow for a 180° rotation of a load in a minimal space. With or without load accumulation, this technique is highly reliable and has been proven over many years.

Parallel Track Conveyors with Overhead Crane Feeding

FROST France creates installations based on a shuttle with an overhead crane serving parallel lines.


This technique allows the side-by-side placement of your paint application equipment or workstations. The feeding of each line is done with a shuttle mounted on an overhead crane. Handling can be done via a manual conveyor or roller and roller tables.
