The forged chain FROST FRANCE
Frost France has been recognized since 1984 as one of the leaders in the manufacturing and supplying of forged chains for WEBB TYPE conveyors.
Indeed, the demand for quality and all these years of experience, combined with high technical specifications, allow us to provide you with forged X-type chains that best meet your reliability requirements.
Forged chains are available inX228, X348, X458,and finally, X678. They are available permanently in our stocks.
There are two variations of channels:
- Standard chain with hot forged axes (all dimensions)
- FROST chain with cold-hit axes (X348, X458, X 678)
Both the X458 and X678 sizes are also available in reinforced versions (8642) for very requested conveyors. This shade offers 50% higher break resistance than the standard shade (1045 / 1552).
We also manufacture on-demand X678 chains within range of machined axes for AIRBIDIP conveyors,as well as the X698chain.
We also manufacture on-demand X678 chains within range of machined pins for AIRBIDIP conveyors, as well as the X698 chain.
Chain accessories such as push links, extended axes or special fasteners are also available.
We also assemble in our workshops the chains and trolleys in sections ready to be mounted on your site.
